Teaching in IT era-for those who has quest or प्यास to teach

One of the troubles with the so called modern education is that it has  become highly impersonal and it is for masses without bothering about the individual needs.Kind of one way transmission(broadcasting).Such is thing is bound to be monotonous and boring and will defeat its very purpose.Modern education is known to be a murderer of creativity.

So IT has a solution to offer.Teaching-learning can be made personal and interactive and involving all stake holders.There a lot of learning management system .One such on line tool for teachers  is piazza created by Pooja Sankar (read her story here ) .I am personally using it for the last three academic sessions and finding it very useful(I have mentioned about it in my earlier post(  thoughts on education )
